High Intensity Training (HITTERS): A three week (48 Hour) learning program that focuses on tracking business leads, fine tuning time management techniques, strengthening prospecting skills and continuing the good working habits. It provides additional in-depth knowledge of critical aspects of mastering real estate sales and field activities to actually generate business. You will learn:

- Fine tuning time management techniques
- Continuing to develop good work habits
- Sales & Listing techniques that work
- Estimating buyer and seller costs
- Buyer Agency and other legal issues
- Preparing contracts for buyers and sellers
- Competitive Market Analysis
- How to do the paperwork required
Mentor Training: A hand-on training by an experienced agent on your first three transactions.
Fast Track to Success: A coaching program that evaluates your goals and develops a business plan for your career. This training includes a bi-monthly one-on-one coaching session with a sales manager.
Additional Training: In addition to above we offer over 50 specialized live or on-line training programs to take your business to the next level and/or towards obtaining a Residential Marketing Master (RMM) certification.
